This could be the mod I've been looking for (apart from a working karma one!)

Any chance of a screenshot?

No, but have a look on the forum on my homepage (signature)...it's installed there...

Link is going to the last posting.
Title is the one given to that last posting...if it has a "Re:" than this MOD shows it.

Should be adaptable to other styles as well...but only those two will be provided by me...actually (as noted in the instructions) only prosilver is supported by me.

Hope this helps everybody so far

Hi there, I hope you can help!

I have just tried to install your mod and i get the following SQL error when I try to enable it in the .MOD tab

General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]

Duplicate entry 'th23_last_post_subject' for key 1 [1062]

SQL

INSERT INTO phpbb_config (config_name, config_value, is_dynamic) VALUES ('th23_last_post_subject', 1, 0)

BACKTRACE

FILE: includes/db/mysqli.php
LINE: 143
CALL: dbal->sql_error()

FILE: includes/functions.php
LINE: 156
CALL: dbal_mysqli->sql_query()

FILE: includes/acp/acp_th23_last_post_subject.php
LINE: 78
CALL: set_config()

FILE: includes/functions_module.php
LINE: 471
CALL: acp_th23_last_post_subject->main()

FILE: adm/index.php
LINE: 74
CALL: p_master->load_active()

Image

Above is from phpmyadmin, I'm assuming it's something to do with the entries to the SQL DB?

I've doubled checked all entries to the php/html files and they all seem fine.

Q: After installation I get an SQL error while saving changes to the settings.
A: This has to do with phpBB caching the config entries. To solve the issue:
  1. Go to another tab, e.g. "General"
  2. Choose "Board Settings"
  3. Simply click on "Submit" once - without changing anything
  4. This updated the cached config entries - and should have solved the problem
---

Hope this works :-)

Hi,

I installed it on my site http://www.dokterbob.nl but I can't get it to work. I've checked all the installation steps twice, and checked the files and sql, also the Admin settings. It's turned on!

Why can't I see any posts titles in my forumlist?

Thanks.
bob

Same here and then I went into the CP and clicked on "purge the cache" and it worked fine.
