What version did you update from/to? You only got this after updating?

Yes, I updated from 1.0.10
It must have something to do with the DB. Any idea how to solve it?

Nothing in the database has been changed since 1.0.5, and that field is only from a plugin that hasn't been updated since before then.

One possible explanation would be that when you did the update you deleted the blog tags plugin somehow without uninstalling it.

Okay, so then all I have to do is to uninstall the tags plugin. I'll try it right away.

EDIT: Thanks, it worked when reinstalling the tags plugin.

Superb Mod, I have added it to my site and then tweaked the template files. A small request instead of it saying [Continued] if the blog text is limited can you put that next to th amount of views in the next version, please.

Blog Mod Version: 1.0.11
phpBB Version: 3.0.6
php Version: 5.2.9

Thanks for this mod. Looks great!

However, got a problem that hopefully someone can help with.

In ACP-Manage Users I get a blank white page. This has only happened since I installed the blog mod. Can anyone shed any light on why this might've happened and how to fix it please. The rest of the ACP is fine.

Thank you.

Just to add;

I have updated to 3.0.7 and I am now getting this error (for the problem in the above post)

Code: Select all

[phpBB Debug] PHP Notice: in file /adm/index.php on line 150: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /language/en/acp/users.php:1)
[phpBB Debug] PHP Notice: in file /adm/index.php on line 152: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /language/en/acp/users.php:1)
[phpBB Debug] PHP Notice: in file /adm/index.php on line 153: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /language/en/acp/users.php:1)
[phpBB Debug] PHP Notice: in file /adm/index.php on line 154: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /language/en/acp/users.php:1)
Can anyone please help, or at least point me in the right direction?

Thanks.

Looks like your /language/en/acp/users.php is messed up. Something on the first line is outputting text and breaking the page.

What is the usefulness of the "extended" installation, and will that become integrated with the next release of the Blog mod?

Also, during installation, I had these errors:

Code: Select all

Refreshing the prosilver template
ERROR: Could not open the file ../styles/prosilverattachment.html for reading.

Refreshing the Glacier template
ERROR: Could not open the file ../styles/SF_Glacier_306mcp_notes_user.html for reading.
Seems it was looking for templates that didn't exist, but perhaps that's because of the missing "/"???

The mod seemed to install just fine, still... So I'm not too worried about it.

Thanks

It just adds some functionality phpBB side for stuff in the mod. No, it will not be integrated in the main installer

Sorry for reposting this, but I think my post overlooked a few weeks ago and I still need assistance if possible. I have enabled attachments and set my group permissions to allow users to add attachments to their blog. However, I still can't add attachments to my blog. Am I overlooking something? Any help would be appreciated.

all the best,
Joe

Hello,
I would like to introduce your blog on two shifts.
1. When I enter the user profile, I see two icons blog, which lead to my blog, I would change that was only one icon and lead you to the blog, not my blog :)

2. I would add the option to disable the blog in ucp - is this possible? How does it add?
