For most installations, the "contrib" directory isn't necessary. It normally contains extra content like upgrading instructions, files for different styles, etc.jsbean wrote:Thanks for that post above, i think it will be really helpful.
in this mod's files, there are /contrib and /root...
do I only copy the files in the root folder and ignore the contrib files??? Plus, this shows...
File copy
Copy: root/*.*
To: *.*
Does that mean that I copy the files in root to the root directory of phpbb3?
Is there an easier way to install this, what is ModX?

Yes, it works with the latest version of phpbb.jsbean wrote:Sorry angry sun, i have no idea, i have to first get the mod installed....
I run a active forum so im gonna try to test this mod on a test forum first, i dont want to mess up my active one if something is wrong with this mod.
Does this work with the latest version of phpbb or just 3.0.6?
Angry_Sun, isn't there already an edit in that file? Are you trying to get blog links in the actual list page? Or the profile? It's the same html page, if I'm not mistaken...Angry_Sun wrote:What would I be able to put in the memberlist_view.html so that it displays the blog links like on the viewtopic.php page?
