[Updated] subTrail - phpBB 2.0.1 compatible

Post by NewBuyer » Wed Apr 24, 2002 3:38 pm

Inspired by subGreen, subTrail was developed with a more "earthy" tone. The only changes are to the theme config file and image files. Complete subSilver-based template files are included.

Demo

Download from the Style > Colors Directory

Installation: Upload the subTrail folder to your templates directory. Click Add under the Styles Admin of the Administration Panel.

PM me with problems/questions.

I prefer to keep the forum colors lighter. Some people like dark styles, some like light. I'm in the light camp. If you need it darker just play around with the cellpics and the Hex values for the Header colours.

Is anyone using subTrail? It seems there's been hundreds of downloads. I'd love to see it in action. Anyone have any problems with it?

I was using SubGreen for my Bassfishing site, but the colors almost match my sites theme. They'll be up at www.indybassin.com before too long.

Yes, I'm using it on my board (nuilok.org). But it's not the default one! You can just register and test it if you want! Thank you so much for this theme: green is my favourite colour, but subGreen was... huh... too greeny ;-)

I am using subtrail on one of my forums. It's great.

I am about to upgrade my first forum which uses subtrail and have downloaded the Changed files only package.

Should I overwrite the subtrail files first or the PHPBB files first or does it matter?

I would upgrade to 2.0.1 first and then reload subTrail.

I am using it at http://www.reikione.com/main/

It's great. I think I changed one or two settings in css. 8)

I need the "Print Topic" and "Tell A Friend" graphics for this theme. Can someone help me out? Thanks.

I like it. Just downloaded it and will be using it at http://www.eagles-nest.org/teameagle/phpBB2/index.php. I should have it up there by weeks end.

I like the slight earthy tones to supplement the greens. Not too dark or too light. Very nice.

On request I've made some icons for the Online/Offline mod in this style - feel free to use/amend, and original credit to the Subster! :)
