What is P3P? Thanks for the mod.
MODs translated to Spanish: ACP Add User MOD, ACP Announcement Centre, Advertisement Management, Custom Profile Fields, Update Reminder, Flood time setting per forum, MOD Version Check, Posting template, Prune Log, Simple Trash Bin, TinyPic Plugin, User Reminder, View Profile, View your topics, and more...

Interesting! Thanks for this MOD!

I checked the official w3-manual, but couldn't find any listing of what these header-abbreviations stand for and if an individual change could be useful.

Is there anyone who can explain this more detailed?

Hello my friend.
So, this will make browsers that configured high level of security against sites to automatically bypass those security and let the forum's intrusion/cooking accepting to save right?

No, it is not bypassing, this modification is needed for accepting cookies at all. The user still can decide not to accept it, but without this mod the user isn't even prompted to do so, and the cookie will be automatically rejected.
