I like to timestamp all my files during development so I know which ones I have modified. I use this free tool:
eXpress TimeStamp Toucher

They've also got a free Checksum calculator:

Or, if you used SVN, you could do that for your files by simply adding $Id$ to the header comments of your files and setting the svn:keywords property to "Id".

Database Management
Navicat

A must have application for all OS systems if you are working with any type of Database. Great for backing up and restoring large databases, or managing remote databases on your computer.

Just found a really awesome app for setting up your desktop in a grid for easy moving explorer windows/etc to a certain place and size.

http://jgpaiva.dcmembers.com/gridmove.html

Now I've got it setup perfectly for my dual monitors. 1 position for the left screen (for the editors/browser), 8 positions for my right screen (6 smallish explorer window positions available, then one for a tall/thin (IRC), and one left open to the far right for the sidebar.

If anyone is interested in it I've also attached the custom grid I built.
