This is a great style!

I was using Darksun for the release-candidate versions of phpBB3. Unfortunately the developer of that style stopped supporting it, and there was a glitch with the PMs. I was troubled until today when I found DarkSky. Woot! This is exactly the dark overall look I was searching for!

Now, one thing I would like to ask:

How would I go about making the width of the entire forum a certain amount of pixels? I want to reduce the width and prevent it from resizing to the width of the browser window for easier reading.

Thanks in advance.

In stylesheet.css, find;

Code: Select all

#wrapfooter {
	text-align: center;
	clear: both;
}
After, add:

Code: Select all

#wrapheader, #wrapcentre, #wrapfooter {
	width: 800px;
	margin: 0 auto;
}

Well actually, there is a small problem

The 800 px width now applies to every page of the forum, including PM pop up windows and "Find a Member".

Is there a way to change the width of just these pages? The PM notification pop up is way too wide for its purpose, and "Find a member" is just wide enough so that the checkboxes on the right get cut off. I do fear that some users may not notice the horizontal scroll bar and subsequently get stuck on how to select a member for PM...

Always nice to take a jaunt back on the phpBB boards, and see on of my styles going to use. Credit would have been nice though! :P

Is this style dead now, no updates?

Such a shame as its a great style, one of my favourites ever. I really want to update it so i can use polls and smilies again*

*View More Smilies pop up menu doesnt show page numbers anymore, so only a few smilies are listed.
