quick reply function and Urdu keyboard

I have a forum with phpbb installation. I renamed my forums and sub forums from English to Urdu language to make my forum user friendly. Now I want

1 to add a quick reply function in the bottom of a thread. As many forums are giving this facility.

2 to add Urdu language keyboard in new topic , quick reply and post reply. So that members can post and reply in Urdu.

Please guide.

There are mods for quick reply you can search in mods database.
at the moment phpbb is not available in urdu so i guess users have to write it in urdu via some translator or programes built in windows and other OS.
