Please take time to read the terms and conditions thats bind you and us. it must always be followed when you have your account on Sonic-Europe. it tell you what will be happen if you broke one rule.
We can see you (your accounts, E-mail and IP) and we can ban you.
1.Illegal use
You are not alloved to upload, link or use the following:
- Warez
- Pirated Music
- Copyright Information (unless you are it's sole owner)
- Malware
- Parasites (ie, spyware, adware, trojans)
- Adult content (like pornography)
You will be banned permanently. (Account, E-mail, IP) your topic/posts/link will be removed permantenly.
2. Accounts
You are only permitted to have only one account. if more than one account are linked to one E-mail. the newer one will be deleted permanently. if you have more than one account on same IP, please report to us if the account is for different persons. (example you have a account and your sister have an another one...)
3. Posts
3.1. Please post everything on their own catecory. if they are on wrong place, we ask you why, or we will move it to the rigth category, or delet it.
3.2 Do not use "ugly words" or act like an unnormal user, you get 3 Warnings, 30-days Ban (account, prevent register) and at least a Permanent ban. (IP, E-mail, Account).
3.3 Spam is absolutely FORBIDDEN. if you spam or use our community for spam, your Account, IP and E-mail will be banned permanently.
4. If your account are gone...
We have all rigths to delete or ban your account without any reason.
But we strives to tell you why. if we can´t please contact us at [email protected]
5. Your information
All your information (name, e-mail, etc.) are saved on our database and can be changed by us, yourself and the moderators.
but we only change the users avatar, signature and webadress due to the rigths of T&C.
we don´t send the information to anyone and you choose to show it or not thanks to the User Control Panel.
it shows only to the registred users only. we say that we take backup on the forum sometimes, and every possible thing will include the backup.
