Looks good and seems interesting but...

Does it allow you to use the custom profile fields already available in bb3 or is it a new system?

Default custom profile fields already supports the required field stuff on registration and in ucp but maybe I just don't understand what this adds exactly but could you please explain the difference?

that would be cool if this also did that but there is a mod for that with the standard custom profile fields setup

This mod has nothing to do with custom profile fields .So, it wont affect them .

There is nothing called "Default custom profile fields" ! they are either "Default profile fields" or "custom profile fields" . This mod gives you the full control of the "Default profile fields" whivh you can't edit without this mod .

I see...freakin A i didn't recognize the default fiends as the actual default fields...no idea why...lets say I was reading a different mod description...so thats great...very nice mod

i have instaled this in envision style...
but, it doesn't work...
for registry, no Location field although, in profile field, i set it required field...
any solution.

Okay, I get one error (which appears to have zero effect) when running the installer:

Can and would you explain what this WARNING means or is, as I do not recognize the missing Staff Role role permission. Maybe I just do not use it.

PHP Version: 5.2.6
DBMS: MySQL 5.0.67-log
phpBB3 Version: 3.0.6

Setting permissions for the Staff Role role.
Role does not exist

If you have any problem downloading that file you may access it directly with an FTP browser at the following location: umil/error_files/acp_profile_fields.txt

New permission settings have been added. Be sure to check your permission settings and see that they are as you would like them.

There is no staff role/permission added by this mod. ACP module can be used by users who has acl_a_profile permission.
In addition, registered user permissions to see profile fields at UCP is set by the installer, but that is a user permission.
