I uploaded this file through Filezilla. I chose to upload it to the folder /public_html/cranicar.com/forum/includes but I dont know it its suppose to be there. Can anyone please help me out? Like, when I visit my forum nothing is shown, I checked the profiles, the posts everything. But no money... Please help me out. I think this is a good Mod for my forums.

Hi,

I have this MOD, along with some of the plugins, installed and running on my site. Tonight is the first time we have run a live trial of the points system and we have come across a slight problem.

When users make a post, the points allocated for a New Topic or New Post are not being added to their totals. It seemed to work ok with my Admin Account so I'm guessing it's got something to do with the permissions but I can't work out what.

I have tried almost everything but not got it working yet. I'm sure it's a simple solution.

Anyone willing to have a quick look and see if they can track down the problem, please!!!

You uploaded the files to the wrong place. In addition, there are other file edits you have to make.

For starters, always make a backup of your files and database before installing a mod.

Secondly, you have to remove the files that you uploaded from your server.

Third, follow the install instructions that are in install.xml.

Hey guys...

I installed this, and everything went fine... But then when I clicked on the "points" button on the top, it comes up with this...

"You are not authorised to access this area."

So... any clue whats wrong?

You have to be sure to make the necessary changes to the Permissions.

1 - Log into the ACP

2 - Click the Permissions tab

3 - Click the Groups' Permissions link on the left-side of the screen

4 - In the Look up usergroup drop-down menu ensure that Administrators is selected and click the Submit button

5 - Click the Advanced Permissions link

6 - Click the Points tab

7 - Make the necessary edits and click Apply Permissions

8 - Follow steps 4 through 7 for your other Groups

How can i add points for member who was thanked per one?
I understand this is a addon of the mod, so who can help me, please!
