When i login as Administrator and try to attain System on the top of ACP red information tab 'Permission denied' appears. Permissions for Admin settled as 'All' on the forum.

Is it a phpBB message or a black and white message from the server?

If the latter, ask your host if some mod_security rules could interfere with the phpBB ACP features and pages.

Ameeck, thanks for your reply!

I think it is a phpBB message (it is red colored - neither black nor white), course i've already slided in the SYSTEM - http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopi ... &t=1901665 - as per as your kind answer, ameeck.

Could you make a screenshot? phpBB does not have a Permission denied message anywhere in it's code.

You can go to the Maintenance panel and then in the error log section and see what errors do your board produce. And the post here these errors.

It's maybe an error from your server (usually when the fsocopen() is closed it produses such messages).

Thanks, see print screen attached bellow

There are only messages regarded my probes of the e-mail service of forum tunning. But fsocopen() was mentioned within it:

<b>[phpBB Debug] PHP Notice</b>: in file <b>/includes/functions_messenger.php</b> on line <b>910</b>: <b>fsockopen() [<a href='function.fsockopen'>function.fsockopen</a>]: unable to connect to smtp.rambler.ru:587 (Permission denied)</b><br />

but i've created new e-mail account right on the server and fixed this problem with e-mailing.

But no any another mentions in the error log

It's probably the fsockopen() function. As i can see it mentioned in the mailer error. You can contact your hosting provider and ask if that function is active on your server.

I've read through the guide and I quite don't understand how you re-assign posts to the correct users.

Also why not create the converter for phpBB3? When the conversion framework is easy to customize and allows you add post-proccessing and automate the whole process.

Dear ameeck, thanks for your beneath comments, but i rectified trouble with e-mailing. My actual problem is why "Permission denied" in the SYSTEM. I will right my hoster regarding fsockopen(), but i'm in doubt if it is really the reason of the problem.

Thank in advance for your kind comments.

The matter of problem was evidently as tzampatzis said. I've contacted with my hoster and received following answer:
Thank you for contacting our Technical Support Department.
I have allowed the connection to http://www.phpbb.com from the Outgoing Connections Manager section in your control panel and this should be working fine now.
So, now SYSTEM is allowable!!!
Thanks for all. Topic can be closed )))
