How can URL /memberlist.php be changed to /something.php

How can i change the URL /phpbb/memberlist.php to /phpbb/yazarlar.php ?

This list can be widen. I want to change the link URLs in the index page such as
User Control Panel - search - faq - members links.

/ucp.php -> /kkp.php, /search.php -> /arama.php etc.

Which files should be edited? I am also using phpbb_seo mod and using mixed url rewriting so i have
a htaccess file.

Edit: I think, i have posted this message under a wrong category. Sorry for that. You can move it under 3.0.x support forum.
