I recently opened a new forum using phpbb3 and whenever I type Arabic sentences in English forum, the alignment is not correct and need to be corrected

What you could do is installing the Arabic language pack, because that Language pack will display everything from right to left. 
However, if you only have one Arabic section, that wouldn't work.
