Validation takes too long time?

Dear language team,

I updated the Vietnamese language pack since 1 week ago and re-update it four days ago. But it is always in "This package is currently under validation. Please check back later for the updated package." during 1 week already.

Please let me know if it had bugs or no one validated it ?
