There was someone doing a bunch of requests at the same time for a while. Should be fixed now, and the site should be better.

came here a little while ago and it took close to 5 minutes for the site to load. i just opened other tabs to surf other sites while waiting. so there's still something going on somewhere ;)

i also downloaded almost 3gb worth of site backups so i know it wasn't my connection lol

I like how the phpBB website is simple and lacks the usual nonsense that infects many sites
