The first time you open the page, it is constantly displayed like this. However, only on the first access.

What browser are you using? That would be helpful.

According to the printscreen (see the icon in the bar below) it's FF
Spelling is freeware, which means you can use it for free.
On the other hand, it is not open source, which means you cannot change it or publish it in a modified form.

Neither do I, and neither with other browsers.

This is most likely caused by a 429 while loading the css/images. We will be updating the settings a bit more that it should happen less.

Shouldn't topics in the ideas forum be locked when the status is updated to "implemented"?

I have seen new users have their topics moved into general discussion. While not inherently problematic, they cannot reply there if they're still a new user. And I know that the permissions are - in fact - set up to do that, as I created another account to test that, and it cannot post in GD due to the permissions set on newly registered users. It's not that the posts there are put on the queue, but rather, unlike all other public forums on this site, posting there altogether is impossible.

Thank you for bringing that to our attention. I'll see what we can do about that.

Is it just me or is phpbb.com running slow today?

It is slow.
May be it runs a kind of background service just now...
My 2 cents: Whether an extension is in the CDB says nothing about its quality. It is more important to read the support topics for it. Better to avoid authors who do not answer support questions themselves, who do not update their stuff, and who do not fix bugs for years.

It seems ok to me but for a long time I’ve constantly been getting:
408 Request Time-out

Your browser didn't send a complete request in time.
Not sure if it’s my browser or not but a click back then forward clears it.
Mozilla wrote:It is sent on an idle connection by some servers, even without any previous request by the client. A server should send the "close" connection header field in the response, since 408 implies that the server has decided to close the connection rather than continue waiting.

Is anyone else getting "the submitted form is invalid, try submitting again" when they try to log in? I'm not sure if it's a problem on my end or not, but I had to attempt to log in 3 times before it finally worked.
