Cannnot install my Dutch Language pack

I cannot install my language pack.

Instructions on installation of a Language

Installation

To install a language pack simply decompress the downloaded package into the language/ directory. Then go to your Administration Control Panel and select Language packs from under the System tab. On that page, install the appropriate uploaded package.

There is no install option under the systems tab. Any Idea how to get this fixed ?

Just upgraded from 3.06 to 3.07PL1. Had a default 3.06 installation before with english language.

You should unzip the package you downloaded and only upload the folder with the name "nl" into the folder "language" that already exists. Did you do that?

Please tell us the content of your nl or nl_x_formal directory.

acp, email, mods directories and PHP files, like captcha_qa.php?

Or another nl or nl_x_formal directory (or another directory name)?

Remember when decompressing the packages that you must retain the directory structure. If you are unsure how to do this with your software, please check its documentation. Failure to retain the directory structure will result in the language or localised button images not being available.

of course I copied the files in the language folder.

I tried doing it with both dutch versions :

nl and nl_x_formal

Both have these files/folders :
FOLDERS
acp
email
mods
nl_x_formal has a extra folder named : docs

COPYING only is there in the nl

Okay, that sounds good.

And you have no dutch language pack to install on the Language packs menu from under the System tab on the Administration Control Panel? It's weird.

ok..

At a certain moment I got it....
The member(me) logged in was an admin but noticed it did not have same rights as founder.
This is now fixed, it works now..


Good lesson for other, check your rights before post here!!!
