Mods can only be used with version 3.0 - extensions with 3.1

Mods like media upload, editors, Streaming-provider, voting etc..
This is only a mod that "replace" the usual board structure (name of a board, categories, subcategories...) with the world map?
Instead fixed categories etc. there is the world map.

Of course, extensions only in 3.1 and higher.
But I can not integrate a old mod in 3.1 and higher manually?
Do not want to know what is officially "allowed" (or "not recommended"), only what is technically possible

If there is not a alternative, I can not use a other Mod or extension.

There never has, nor can be, any guarantee that one mod, or extension, will work with any other mods/extensions. The only requirement for a mod/extension is that it works on a vanilla version of phpBB.

You can try but there are some major changes to the code that will almost certainly make it impossible (unless it is something like a one line change)

Not that I am aware of - but not all extensions are posted on these fora.

Looks that way - nothing has been updated in over two years.

After a quick look at the code for the mod - I would say that it will be quite a big job, especially for someone who is not familiar with either the mod or the code.
