AutoMOD or MOD issue?

Hello,

I tried IRC before here but apparently nobody was home. Anyway I am having an issue installing a mod (alternatelogin openID) but I am not sure if its an issue with AutoMOD or the mod itself. We have phpbb on one server & SQL on a remote. AutoMOD is reporting it is attempting to connect to local on install and is failing. I was curious if anyone could tell me where to look to change this setting in AutoMod or in the mod install file. I did try to look this issue up first before coming here but could not find anything.
