Adding a Rotating Banner

Hi There,

Im new to all this website stuff and i want to add a rotating banner to our forum!

Ive read up on some of the threads on here but none of it makes much sense to me although i have got all my images named and ready in the correct file type!

Any help on how to get them on to our forum would be greatly appreciated!

Is this banner rotation or can you suggest banner program that can be linked to a merchant account ? Whereas the banner can be added into the rotation for the set time that the banner is paid for ?
