I'm very sure 3.1.beta1 won't be here before the hackathon, so yes, it will be after. :P

PS: Shame this is only announced 6 days before the event starts.

Simple CMS, Feed post bot, Avatar Resize, Modbreak, Magic OGP, Live topic update, Modern Quote, Quoted Where (GDPR) and Autoresponder.

I guess the reason for that is that it is ment to actually do work on phpBB and related to phpBB stuff. It is not a event like libertyvasion :).

Definitely. We've already posted a few on Facebook and we'll be adding more to blog posts. Paul has been doing a great job taking photos and I'm sure he will post a big set.
