and
String “INSTALL_CONGRATS_EXPLAIN” in file “language/tt/install.php” is missing closing tag for html “p” ( Do not open that yourself, phpbb does that for you)

For the line endings, open the file in a good editor like Notepad++, then choose "Save as" and look for an option for Linux/Unix line endings.
The INSTALL_CONGRATS_EXPLAIN string is difficult to get just right. You will have to compare the tags in it with the English string, you probably missed a tag somewhere.
Thank you for your contribution, but please do not attach any language pack here, this forum is not here for that. Please apply (via the link provided by GunChleoc) to send it to the Customisation Database.
In order to keep things understandable for our end-users, language packs are to be released through the languages download page only: we do not allow release topics in the Translations forums. These forums are meant for getting help with translation issues and finding users to co-operate on a translation only, not for releasing "duplicate" language packs or linking to external sources which contain such releases.
Again this error.I resave the files Unix line endings. It did not help.
