I started translating phpbb the Tatar language. I will try to update the translation to version 3.0.12. Who wants to help can join.

String “INSTALL_CONGRATS_EXPLAIN” in file “language/tt/install.php” is missing closing tag for html “p” ( Do not open that yourself, phpbb does that for you)

For the line endings, open the file in a good editor like Notepad++, then choose "Save as" and look for an option for Linux/Unix line endings.

The INSTALL_CONGRATS_EXPLAIN string is difficult to get just right. You will have to compare the tags in it with the English string, you probably missed a tag somewhere.

The translation manager is busy sometimes. Give him a week or two and then remind him in case he overlooked the submission.
