Ok I've made a post on my forum with a download link to the version that I picked up from the original author.

The biggest problem is trying to make a installer that not going to break when people go and install the new version. After the fact that I left it for awhile I now have a much clear mind and I can see that I could almost send it into the mod database after creating the installer.

Thank you for your update and link.

Unfortunately I had to update the coding manually, but apart from that, the option is showing under the ACP.

I will test over the next few days and report back if I note any bugs.

What errors did you get when installing it? It could well be that one of the find is wrong.

It may be worth mentioning that I am running the 3.0.12 version of PHPBB.

When I run the modx.prosilver.en.xsl file I get this reply, but none of the individual files registered the changed coding???

-On Screen Message-

Save all files. End of MOD.
You have finished the installation for this MOD. Upload all changed files to your website. If the installation went bad, simply restore your backed up files.

Thus my belief that the installer did not work?

I also wanted to ask about the SQL code shown before the file edits. Does this need to inserted, and if so where? I am Hosting on Hetzner which uses MySQL5

Im having trouble installing the addon, i have followed all the instructions on the install.xml and no visable changes have been made. I go into the acp but there is no option to set this "on".

Did you run the SQL queries the file tells you to run and then purged the cache?

You should also add a permission "Post topic Only visible to OP".
And "See own only visible to OP topics"

Because we would like that users can post things such as complaints, but we don't want other users to be able to view them or post in them, only creators and staff.
