You need to replace only first 7 files and purge the cache for this to work.
Apologies - me again.

Does this mean that I can't use Thanks-for-posts until this is fixed - presumably the patch will be contained in an update before too long?

Well, I guess so. And you can try to use Ajax addon from here viewtopic.php?f=456&t=2259666 which seems to work regardless of that bug.

Hello, I really like this extension. The only problem I have is that I can not see the icon which will mark thanks

I have just added this feature to my board and it works really well apart from not being able to remove the Thanks, apart from that just very pleased to have this feature working :D

Same here. I've installed it only on a test forum though.

Is it still the advice to await issue of a 3.1.1 Extension before making it live?

Mine is on my live working forum, so I will just go with it for the time being, if any major bugs I will just disable it in the extensions section, and that should be OK?

Yes, I can just disable the extension and the board reverts back to its original state, which is OK, maybe I will wait then until it is fully functional then, but this look like the most hopeful and best solution that I have been looking for which works on my board :)

As stated in the first post of this topic, this ext is in development stage so it's not recommended to install it on live boards :)
As for the 3.1.1 URLs bug, yes, it is recommended to wait until 3.1.2 where it will be fixed if you aren't comfortable with applying patches to the code by hands.

I am happy to go with the development of this extension and am pleased it is being developed as it is needed for my forum, and I expect many others 8-)

what version where you using for 3.0.12 and be4 you updated phpbb to 3.1.x did you use phpBB's STK?
looks like if you where using 1.3.4 or less it should have updated? looks like he didn't make a update script for 1.3.5

I was just wondering if you used stk cause if you did it would have removed the old database entries for the mod which would then not be converted
