Where on the board does a guest contact admin?

I got an email through the board asking about a registration issue (not getting validation email). I cannot for the life of me see how he found the admin email on the site when being a guest.

So why can't I find it?
If there isn't one and he was simply smart enough to know the standard, should I add a "contact admin" for people who are having registration issues?

If you enter the wrong login info your email address is on the 'contact the board admin' link on that page.

3.1 (due very soon) will have a dedicated contact page.
