I dont have the style installed. The only one supported is prosilver.
All you have to do to find out if it works on your style is to install and enable the extension.
If it doesnt work as it should on elegance, simply uninstall the extension.

If it knows that it is 22:50 why does it say "Good morning"? It should actually be saying "Goodbye - sleep tight"!

I've checked time-setting for me to see if that affects it. For guests it's set to Asia-pacific and the user is in different time-zone -- however the question remains, phpBB detects the time as 22:50:01, that means users expect Welcome message related to that time...
