In a post, click the triangle icon at the top right.
Or click their username. The warn option is on the right with their posting stats.

Thanks how do I set up a automatic ban after a specific amount of warning points and how do I make a banned user group that says yiu can not access this board

You would need to request an extension or see if one is in development.

Banned people will see what ever message you set on their banning.

If you want a specific group with a specific message you'll need an extension.

The system has a warning system with a fixed period and a ban system with variable periods.

I am currently learning the phpbb new extension system with the intent to write an extension. The intent is to have warnings and bans as yellow and red cards, like they have in soccer. If I have a first, simple version available, then I like to have input on possible changes.
