the code is still there in the prosilver /overall_header.html file.

are you putting it back?

also, the instructions given above are incorrect for just removing the sitename and description.

only remove this bit:

Code: Select all

<h1>{SITENAME}</h1>
				<p>{SITE_DESCRIPTION}</p>
then, you must save the file, upload it back to where it was. do NOT put it in the se square template folder, back in the prosilver folder.

then, purge the cache from the front page of the admin panel.
then, refresh your browser. you MUST do this and sometimes you must do it several times to clear the browser cache for that page.

Yeh, sorry Robert. I misunderstood what was wanted to start with.

I am also having problems with removing the "title" from my forum (not the logo, just the title). I've been back and forth with the "Proflat" creator and he offered me a fix that didn't work. I did as I see here (remove the code and re-upload "overall_header.html in the Proflat style). I'm not sure how to "purge the cache" (I keep seeing that). Maybe that'd help? I'm lost.

After changing any style files you need to purge the cache to effect the change

Go to the ACP and scroll down and click the button, confirm and check that you can see the changes you have made
