It is phpBB, but not a style that I recognise. It may be a style that they have created themselves, bought from somewhere or found elsewhere.

You could always use their contact form and ask them

Neither is "better" that the other - it is all about personal choice. All styles do (or at least should do) the same thing - they are a means of displaying the data.

if i change another style what happen with my mod which had been installed? for example im using advertisement mod, should i install it again? thanks

If you add another style then in all probability you will have to reapply any MODs that you already have installed. If you have used Automod then there is an option in there that will attempt to apply the MOD to other styles.

admin panel, forums tab, choose a forum, choose the edit button ( green gear looking thing ).

you will see a blank for forum image. upload your image to images folder in the root of your board.
then put the path to the image in that box and submit.
