I think updating to phpBB 3.2.2 broke this extension

Works ok here, what error does it give?

Oh, it shows that it's not the current version in the Extension list. and then I click details it does not show the version number in there.
At the top of the page it says

Failed to obtain latest version information.
Re-Check version

Does the same with your paypal donation extension also.

Yes can be my forum is now on ssl so version check can be off.

Is it possible to export the email addresses to a csv file with several columns: one for the user, one for the email address, one for the date of registration and one for the date of last visit?

This is to avoid ending up with a table with only one column where everything is loose in it.

Yes, in libreoffice that is the standard setting, so read the manual from your office program how to import the list.
Search for (separate by . , : )
