Possibility to migrate from Advanced Electron Forum to PHPBB

Hello,

I recently had installed Advanced Electron Forum only because there is possibility to Email subscribe to Category and receive email notifications for every new Topic created in it (what was not possible here as i understood). But now i decided to sacrifice that email notification and migrate to PHPBB as Advanced Electron Forum is dead project and not evolving with time.
Since i have there already some people registered and already more than 500 topics created with multiple answers and talks - is it possible somehow to migrate Advanced Electron Forum content,registrations to PHPBB without loosing it?

I will appreciate any help you could give.

I'm, not aware of one here but searching t'interweb I found a couple of sites that do it, at least one of them charges.
