trying to install

keep trying to install version 3.1 and 3.0 yes i tried both and keep getting this every time i install

also if i then go to my web page i get the login panel but if i go to admin panel i get

attached the 2 log files not sure which is required i read forums and tried deleting htcaccess but no joy there either
