We have installed and configured the extension, all good apart from the images, hovering over a term shows the tooltip but no image. Any ideas ?

To get the image, you have to click on the term (link). This opens a popup which displays the image.

You're right with Tapatalk. I have disable tapatalk and now it works. Not all of them are up to date but most of them...

Do you already have a solution for the fact that when tapatalk is used, no popup is possible for the definition of terms?

As many other extension authors, I don't want to code something around Tapatalk.
However, as said above, you can make a change in the listener.php file.

Is there a way to display the entry without having to click on it? When I hover over it with the mouse, it just shows me a small question mark. The whole entry is only displayed when I click on it. The "Tooltip" is aktivatet in the ACP

I use Glossary 3.0.20 on 3.3.3

I don't understand how the tooltip feature could fail. The text is simply put in a title element of the style. Could you look at the page code (CTRL U) at the spot of the glossary entry?
You should have something like this:
<lmdigloss class="idxxx" title="text">glossary entry</lmdigloss>

The title string is empty. That means that you didn't register a definition.

Ah okay my mistake. I have now added a definition, unfortunately without success. I only see the question mark
