No language pack of British English for phpBB 3.1.x?

There will be no additional language package for any language for the 3.1.x. The upload is technically impossible, because 3.1.x is EoM.

Why do you want to translate historical versions?

But, you can always grab the en-language pack from the phpBB download package, it is by default the one and only language pack in the full package.

If you want to update the translation for your language from an old version, best apply to become a translator. you will then get access to an internal forum that has a diff posted for each version. That's the easiest way to get a track of the changes in the default language.

Ok so we can make the language packs from those files.
But how can we make sure that the correct files goes into the languack pack zip file?
Just search for "en" folders and use them?

Have you tried the en pack from 3.1 downloads?

It seems to only contain the lastest 3.1 version which is 3.1.12 and not 3.1.6.
