Hi im again here
i have a good idea.... it's possible to add a checkbox for private post (not private message - only visible administrator and user that maked request), where the user can safely write data type servers, ftp etc. ? I hope I explained myself

the above sounds like the exact setup I use on my forum, so yes it is possible. Our contact forms go into an Admin only forum then get answered by a member of the staff that is qualified to answer them.

I love the new improvements, Rich.... is it still out of the question to be able to find out what page they were on when they hit the contact us button? Kinda the same way a PM tells you the topic and post when you PM someone?? ( people really don't read the instructions to ID the URL they are writing in about...)

There really is not much I can about that. When you contact someone from within a topic the parameters are filled on button click.

There could be a way to check for those parameters but I think that is way beyond what was originally done for the default phpBB "contact us" and is beyond the scope of this extension which was, originally, a port of the 3.0 mod and that did not have what you are requesting.

A user may contact you without having viewed a topic first or a url or whatever....that's the rub.

To much coding effort for too little populace gain IMHO. Hope you understand.
