What is the best way to update the translation pack to phpbb 3.1.9?

If I want to do this by my self what is the best way? There is a pack with the changed file between phpbb 3.1.3 to phpbb 3.1.9 or a diff file? How all the translators does?

At Area51 is a list of all changes files between all minor versions of 3.1.x towards 3.1.9.
For the changes in the language folder between 3.1.3 and 3.1.9, have a look over here.
