Can't Access Forum

Followed your directions. Using the link for the install/database_update.php, it seemed to work. Here's the info that showed up on the page while installing:

I removed the Install folder as suggested.
When trying access the forum, I now get a General Error: SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Table 'te2wu056_MTPCA.phpbb_ext' doesn't exist [1146]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.
What do you think I did wrong now? I thank you again for all the time you're spending to help me.

It hasn't finished yet. You'll get several pages of that. Run the update script again.

Online page where my forum is supposed to be, I get this:
General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Any idea on how to get this back online? Thanks for any help I can get.

did you rerun the database_update.php file again?

upload the install folder, run the database_update.php file.
pay attention to the page, it may take a long time to finish, wait until you see a continue button at the bottom of the page, click it. keep doing that until you either get a success message or an error message.

I've done everything I can think of, but still can't get this forum back online. I followed everyone's directions. Here's the link that shows the forum and the error: http://www.mtpca.com/phpBB3/
