Hi problems with our http://www.newranger.net/forums cannot log in as admin, password had to be changed sometime ago due to an issue. Now cannot log back in as Admin, tried above scenario but managed to get an email sent to admin for forgotten password but been having an issue with password recovery not actually sending emails....quite a few members have same issue.
Not techie but trying to figure it out.........can anyone please help?
Getting rather urgent, as have grown to around 22,000 members & this issue is giving our grey hair a few problems!

You have not access to admin acc?
Or just pass. recovery dont work good??
