When you use GoDaddy - They have a program which allows you to click a button to purchase cPanel and another button to press which says, "install". After that super easy part is done, they have an application section where the phpBB application can be clicked on and the entire program is installed onto the cPanel server. There is no uploading involved. The uploading came when I tried to add an extension and people didn't seem to realize that cPanel doesn't allow anyone to upload an entire folder at once.

Incidentally, what version of phpBB did it install? Was 3.3.0 an option?

I knew that the extension needed to be activated and I did activate it. Still, nothing is showing. I still have a website forum with a blank header bar at the top. The current and only phpBB app available via GoDaddy is version 3.3.0

Out of interest if you are uploading files one at a time how long did it take you to upload phpBB?

zip the folder then unzip it on the server

Or use ftp which is the preferred option

Currently when I look under the list of extensions, Site-Logo is listed and I'm given the option now to "disable" it. However, there is no Extensions tab along with the other tabs shown at the top of my ACP.

okay guys,
I've uploaded the extension via FileZilla and this is where it is. Can someone confirm that this is correct? Or should I have left it in the second Site-Logo folder?

I went back and looked at the zip and adjusted the files on the server to better match exactly what's in the zip file. Is this correct?

as the ext is enabled it in you customise.. you should to disable it before you do some change as move all files from the second folder sitelogo to the original the first one sitelogo
folders should be ext / david63 / sitelogo
