Twitch subscription and patreon integration.

Hello,

I am making a forum and I want integrate twitch subscriptions and patrons. Basically I want a new tab on ucp where you can sign in with twitch and patreon. After that It checks if you are a subscriber or patron who gives money to that youtuber. If you are you become part of a group which gives you extra rights on the forum. I would like if the groups are separate. Patreon levels don't have to be integrated but it would be a nice extra. Also I want it to check every 24 hours if you are still part of that group (or if this is easier a button for the moderators to recheck it). I don't think it needs to be overcomplicated.
