I am currently running a pretty active SMF forum - have between 150 and 200 users day and night. But SMF does not really have a true responsive theme from what I understand, and it seems a little buggy at times. So I have 3 questions about converting to phpBB:
1) Does phpBB run on Windows? (I have a dedicated server, but it is Windows.)
2) Does phpBB have mobile responsive themes? And how easy are they to implement?
3) Are there any migration or conversion tools/wizards from SMF to phpBB? I am using a MySQL database and I am using the default them.
Any help is much appreciated.
