Icelandic translation

I just wanted to add here that Im still working on making a Icelandic language pack for phpBB, but now Im updating it to 3.1 and continuing from there.

I am alone doing this right now like a hobby, and know that many Icelanders just roughly translate their own packs whenever someone makes a new forum, which is indeed tedious.

I would love some help with translating the email files and such if this will ever manage to become a full translation worthy of uploading to phpBB (Im leaving those files for last for the most part)
