after upgrading to .11

im getting this erro whenever trying to access the user profile or register another user...

Gettingthis error when trying to register new user...

Re-upload a fresh 'usercp_register.php' file, ensuring that it is being uploaded in ASCII mode.

i wish that worked.... but i tried that.. also tried


downloading 2.0.11 and using the 'usercp_register.php' file from that zip file.. also from an old 2.0.8 and the one i copied before i upgraded to 2.0.11 wich is 2.0.10 .. so ..none of them work...

please help... :cry:
