Same language appear twice

For romanian language i see both:

Maybe they can be merged?
Upload the files from one to the other so nothing is lost.

If you go to https://www.phpbb.com/languages/index.p ... ckage_list you see romanian twice. Only the link is different.
Must be confusing for users trying to download that language.

There were two versions of Romanian with and without diacritics supported by phpBB Romania. Unfortunate now the community is not organized ATM and the domain is for sale. We still can have ro_RO and ro_MD and ro_EU.
