Clean index.php file

Post by ArenKae »

Hi,
I am fairly new to phpBB and currently trying to get my first forum in place and working. Since the version of phpBB I use is 3.0.8, I will not ask for specific support. However, I get some weird [phpBB debug] errors message when trying to post a topic and I suspect it comes from an invalid index.php file. I would like to know where I could get a clean one for any version, without having to redo the whole installation.

Thanks for your help.

As you say, support for 3.0.x has ended and we suggest that you upgrade to 3.2.x which is the current supported version (3.1.x will end support very soon)

All 3.x.x files can be found here https://download.phpbb.com/pub/release/

I cannot use a newer version for a specific reason. Anyway, thanks for the link.

Can you tell us what that reason is, we may be able to help you get round it?
