Good Theme is there a way to make it lighter blue?

sure but if you do you will just have standard prosilver without rounded corners.

you can right click on the header and choose "inspect element" from your right click menu.

then you will see what the actual color is for the background. then open the colours.css file in your text editor and change all occorunces of that color to whatever color you want.
