Convert MyBB 1.8.5 to phpBB 3.2.5

Hi there,

the above is the plan....
Convert MyBB 1.8.5 to phpBB 3.2.5

After crawling through the board here,it looks the only way is from Mybb 18 tp phpBB 3.1 and the upgrade to 3.2
with the convertor

After installing phpbb 3.1.12 and running the convertor, following Message pop up

Fatal installation error

functions_convert.php [ 433 ]

Note to developer: you must specify $convertor['avatar_gallery_path'] to use import_avatar_gallery().

Since I'm not a pro in all that php, I have no glue where to add that path...
nor do I find the "functions_convert.php"

Please could you give me the proper hints?
As well, do I have to go that way, or is there an easyer possibility?
Actually everything is on localhost to make it run before the real job starts....

I'm trying to migrate mybb 1.8.19 to phpbb 3.2.5

Does anyone know how to do it? without specifying previous versions of phpbb

apparently you have to do it in steps. first convert to phpbb 3.1 then upgrade to phpbb 3.2.

or wait until someone creates a convertor to go directly to 3.2

that might be a long wait.
