What is the solution to get a special design if there are no designers who find the work program PHPBB
Some designs are old and need to be upgraded and others have many problems

First of all, be patient, fill out the proforma and wait, it may take days, weeks, months or never. You could always sift through the team members and high post count users, some offer their services in their signatures.

What is the solution to get a special design

Have you looked in the CDB to see if there is anything that is something like you are wanting, or looked in the Styles forum at what is available there.

There is a possibility that a style already exists that may just need a few changes to give you what you want.

You should also bear in mind, before paying a lot of money for a style, that the whole style format will be changing in the future and whatever you have now will not be compatible with a future version of phpBB. (Please do not ask when this will happen as there are no dates fixed yet)
