Looking for help with style customization

Post by mgregg99 »

Hello!

I'm putting together a forum and have run into a little bit of a road block that I thought others might be able to quickly point me in the right direction. I'm trying to change the text that shows in the gradient banners on my screen. I've been able to change the text on the main forum page, but can't seem to locate where I need to make the changes for the topic pages and within the message thread. What I'm looking for is to make the text all uppercase and white in color.

Here are some screen shots that might help explain what I'm trying to do:

First image is how I want the text to appear in the next two images:

When I click on "News and Announcements" shown in the photo above I get this screen. The text is white, but not all uppercase:

When I click on the topic "Forum Rules" I get the following image. The text in the gradient banner is not uppercase and not white.

I'm assuming it's a simple process, and can be fixed by altering colours.css, but I can't locate the right lines to make the adjustments.

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

What style is this? Because normal prosilver doesn't have the top bar you want customized inside the topic?

I’m using Allan Style - Subsilver. Despite the name, it’s a Prosilver theme.

Thanks!

After some experimentation and digging around I was able to fix the items above with the content.css and responsive.css files.

Thanks!
